I booked the flight Sydney to Darwin for Oct 2020. We not comfortable to travel since we heard the cases in Melbourne. And we thought it a better to travel next year. And call Jetstar to cancel the fight to get credit due COVID 19 And talk to Ali who is rude and not helpful. He told us if we cancel it we don’t get the refund and also the flight is on Oct 2020. I think it is unfair that seems force us to go on Oct 2020. We don’t mind to get credit.

Shame on Jetstar we booked
Shame on Jetstar we booked flights to fly from Sydney to Darwin we were going to fly out 11:00am on the 1/10/2020. My dad tried to do something over the internet to do with them he waited for over two hours as he had to talk to them. Just for them to turn around and say that flight has been cancelled. And what makes it worse they cancelled flights 17 September and didn't even let us know and now there's no flights till after school holidays witch my dad has to work. So if you want your holiday fucked don't fly Qantas or Jetstar.. shame shame shame.
