Letter for insurance purposes

Have phoned 4 times regarding letter for Insurance purposes re flights cancelled Unable to claim $1890.00 in new fares costs until I receive the letter always told it is being posted tomorrrow!!!!!!! Also still waiting on refund on cancelled flights. Christchurch airport was closed due to snow!! I would never fly with Jetstar again . DONT DO IT!!! Ellen

Similiar experience, ash clouds, they refunded the fare .....weeks later
Too bad about the $50 flight insurance i paid to cover ash clouds , $100 excess.
So I paid $150 extra to fly Emirates to Sydney from Christchurch, should have asked them to refund the tarvel insurance !!!!
I still fly Jetstar domestic , but wouldnt consider it international , not worth the hassle , as for Pacific Blue , 1 hr waiting in q in Sydney to book in , and really bad seats, like rocks , budget airlines suck ...
