JETSTAR is known for absolute LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE.

PERSONALLY I HAVE WRITTEN THEM MANY TIMES OVER THE LAST 3 YEARS AND ALL THESE TIMES
YOUR EMAILS ARE DELETED MONTHS LATER "UNREAD".
THIS IS THEIR SERVICE

2 WEEKS AGO MY DAUGHTHER ARRIVED IN SINGAPORE AND ONE BAG WAS NOT DELIVERED.
MORE THAN A WEEK LATER CALLING THE "HOTLINE" BELIEVE IT OR NOT BOTH DARWIN TRANSIT POINT
AND SINAGPORE HAD NOT REPORTED THEIR STATUS ON THE LOST BAG IN THE jETSTAR SYSTEM

SUGGESTING DOWNLOAD A CLAIM FORM ON A SPECIFIC GIVEN WEBSITE

RESULT THERE IS NONE N EVERY TIME U GO TO THAT WEBSITE IT BRINGS U TO THE GENERAL WEBSITE
N NO TRACE OF ANY CLAIM FORM OR PROCEDURE
SAME AS FOR COMPLAINTS

THIS AIRLINE IS ACTIVELY FOLLOWING A POLICY WHICH IS DISCOURAGING FILING OF CLAIMS
AND COMPLAINTS BY FORCING YOU TO WRITE IN N SORT YOUR OWN WAY TO GET HOLD OF SOMEBODY
WHO WANTS TO ASSIST YOU

IT IS A DISGRACE FOR THE AIRLINE INDUSTRY TO HAVE SUCH OPERATORS EVEN EXIST
THEY ARE CHIPPING AWAY MORE QANTAS SERVICE N TURN THEM INTO JETSTAR 'SERVICES".
IT IS TIME SOMEBODY STEPS IN A MAKES THEM BEHAVE LIKE MOST OTHER AIRLINES .........

That's funny... Jetstar doesn't have an email address to contact them on. They have a gpo box or online feedback form & you DO get a response, I have :)

Someone SHOULD step in and make them behave like other airlines.
Meals should be included, air stewards should be at your every beck & call, they should have priority check in & a reward system for frequent users of their business.

They CAN do this. All they need to do is raise their ticket prices.
Now in doing that, they will encounter only those that can afford the flights, or have saved so long for the flight that they wouldn't possibly want anything to go wrong & would check every detail over & over again.

They are a Low Cost Carrier. Prices are low, inclusions that 'other airlines' have & services that are offered by 'other airlines' are not offered by Jetstar.

I could go into this further, however, you get what you paid for.

Low Cost does not mean Low or

Low Cost does not mean Low or No Services - plenty of businesses operate accross all industries with a low cost model and excel in service - Jetstar are not one of these.

In my opinion Jetstar set very low levels of service and fail to meet them.

The service and attitude is disgusting. For those who fly there is choice, and choose someone other that Jetstar.
