Is it a coincidence that

Is it a coincidence that nobody on this website can spell or write proper English and also get ripped off by Jetstar? I'm beginning to wonder if you lot can read as well. Perhaps these people are jealous that people who work for Jetstar are educated. Hmmm......

LOL! Clutching at straws,

LOL! Clutching at straws, jetstar rats.
jack is right, you'll get nowhere trying to talk to a Malaysian over the phone. They seem to get annoyed that They can't speak English and take it out on the caller. @scratch, you lost any shred of manhood you had when you became a jetstar slave, and you know it.
@macca. hahahaha, don't kid yourself. the jetsar employees were hired because they are undeducated and therefore immune to abuse from customers. But it's a good thing you admit to people getting ripped off by jetstar.

Yeah Macca, I and everyone

Yeah Macca, I and everyone else on this site are green with envy that we didn't end up with a job at Jetstar after years of schooling.
Coffee, tea? Coffee, tea? Chicken or fish? No I'm sorry sir, you can't have a blanket unless you pay for it.

Hmmm......Remmy Its Jetstar

Hmmm......Remmy Its Jetstar not Jetsar and it's spelt with a capital. I will not spend the next two hours correcting the rest of it however you show no competency in the English language. I bet that Malaysian on the other end of the phone has better English than you. Further solidates my case that you are the typical Jetstar passenger.........not very intelligent.

I sorry that I have cause an

I sorry that I have cause an fight in this topic.
All I wanted was some help for I have nothing no booking number flight time and it is my first time with jetstar

@Remmy, you are such a

@Remmy, you are such a retard.. let me elaborate
"They seem to get annoyed that They can't speak English and take it out on the caller. "
okay lets just say this statement was valid....
"the jetsar employees were hired because they are undeducated and therefore immune to abuse from customers. "
Nice one for rolling yourself.
Therefore everyone should just generally ignore "Remmy - The Angry jetsar passenger"
Anyway, no offence snifflingDark, but wouldnt the first thing have been to call them anyway instead of going here for "advice" why havn't you called them yet if its been that long?

Call up Jetstar customer service, then wait on the line for what seems like an hour, then request the itinerary. If that fails, then come on here and tell us all how crap Jetstar were......We will be waiting and expect to see you here real soon.!

See John Holmes/all the

See John Holmes/all the anti-Jetstar people. A neuteral person has explained of no problems whatsoever. I have not experienced any problems either and I'm glad that you are all outspoken now.

Well slap my arse and call me

Well slap my arse and call me a poofter....I am shocked beyond belief.

John Holmes - Yes, EVERY

John Holmes - Yes, EVERY Jetstar employee is a flight attendant selling coffee, tea and blankets. There is NO ONE in the Melbourne head office working in the many different departments involved in a commercial carrier. And for the ones who do sell tea and coffee (cabin crew) - the majority that I know love their job, get to travel frequently for work, and not to mention staff travel on all Qantas Group airlines for a fraction of what the average consume would pay. Hope you're enjoying your (most likely) mundane role.

Touche Anonymous (Jetstar

Touche Anonymous (Jetstar Employee), my job is very mundane and boring, but I also get to travel quite a bit hence why I prefer to travel with a reputable and more reliable airline that will get me to my destination on time and in comfort.

As for Jetstar staff who love their jobs,it would take a person of strong character to put up with bullsh*t all day, everyday. I would personally hate to work for an employer that the public perceived as 'B grade' at best, poor man's Qantas or the Death Star of the skies. I also could not wear those cheap and nasty polyester uniforms...too itchy and smelly. Have you ever smelled a Jetstar hostitute? Peeeee youuuuu my friend.

I would not be surprised if Jetstar start charging passengers for toilet paper. Jetstar could sell it by the square! Personally, I would take a dump in the middle of the floor knowing that one of your Jetstar colleagues who loves their job so much would be cleaning up after me!! Mmmmm, smell that sweet poo Jetstar.

well i fly off on the 7 of

well i fly off on the 7 of feb i will post more about my short flight with jetstar

Well John Holmes it seems

Well John Holmes it seems that judging by your immature, clutching at straws type comments that you are struggling to accept the concept of a Jetstar guest enjoying their experience. If you have something to say back it up with evidence else you sound like a wally.

Macca....the words 'Jetstar'

Macca....the words 'Jetstar' and 'guest' should not be in the same sentence. How exactly does Jetstar make a passenger (or guest as you put it) feel welcome?

The only positive to flying Jetstar for me is that I get to use the Qantas Club Lounge, where you do feel like a guest. However, I might change my mind about Jetstar if the hostitutes start offering free blowies.

John Holmes, you wrote

John Holmes, you wrote another immature comment. Judging by the interlect of it I would think you are approximately 13yo. Let me repeat what I previously said because you really should take the advice. "If you have something to say back it up with evidence else you sound like a wally."

Sorry Macca, did you say

Sorry Macca, did you say interlect? I think you meant to say intellect, but you`re an idiot, so who knows.

Macca is an Interlect.

Macca is an Interlect.

Remmy, have a look at your

Remmy, have a look at your previous comments. They are a comedy of spelling and grammar mistakes. Hipocrisy........

Yes i know they r, but u

Yes i know they r, but u spelt a word wrong. u aint so high and mighty afer all, hey.

I'm sure it's just getting to

I'm sure it's just getting to you that people who like Jetstar are more educated than people like you. I'm human and make mistakes however I'm not lazy and have made just one mistake. I just shit all over you and all of your other high school drop-out friends.

@macca - oh hi. yeah ill have

@macca - oh hi. yeah ill have a chicken wrap and a coke. with extra ice.
thanks, u may go now. if i want to order something else ill call you.

@jack You definately sound

@jack
You definately sound very ignorant. Malaysians do speak English...went through 11 years of it. Probably use bigger words than you. Dont be a racist...

ok i mt flight was...

ok i mt flight was... good
the chair was a little bit to small for my fat ass

I just had the same issue as

I just had the same issue as you, had booked my flight and seen the confirmation screen, then my computer died. Called Jetstar was on hold for 3 minutes spoke to a consultant and had my booking number given to me and another copy of my itinerary emailed to me within minutes.
I admit I said I would never fly jetstar again after two of my flights being delayed for 3-6hours each and having a baby with me and no help from them at all but there prices are just too good to beat sometimes or someone else books your flights for you.
This will be my decider vote whether to fly with them or not, if this time is smooth sailing then I will be happy to use them but if I have another bad experience then thats it.

To say Malaysians are not

To say Malaysians are not able to speak good English is complete hogwash. We definitely can carry sentences better than most people in our region and this just goes to show Australians are an ignorant, racist lot. Shame on you.
