no Luggage, no feedback

After 2.5h delay, near missed flight, lost luggage in Kuala Lumpur a letter to Jetstar - waiting for response and waiting and waiting….

Dear Jetstar team,
My partner and I travelled from Singapore to Kuala Lumpur on December 16th 2014. The plane 3K669 had more than 150 mins delay on arrival and we nearly-missed our connecting flight to Muscat and connection to Zurich with Omanair departing from Kuala Lumpur at 21:45 the same date. The original itinerary would have allowed 3 hours after the expected arrival of Jetstar plane to pick up luggage and check it in on time at the same terminal. While we made the connection, our luggage did not. Luckily we were able to send it separately by DHL parcel. Please reimburse the following expenses:

- DHL parcel Kuala Lumpur to Zurich $1227.95 SGD (1034.29EUR)
