Online booking

I have been trying to make a booking online all day. Each time I try it comes up with a different error. I call their customer service line - explain the problem - "Oh sorry, we are having trouble with our booking system - why don't you call back in 24 hours." If the damned system is down then SAY SO ON THE HOME PAGE and on the phone recording instead of wasting our time!

Agreed- Jet star are sooooo unreliable and practically useless- after my experience it would have been more pleasant to walk and swim there.
Good luck if you choose to fly with them,- You'll need it

I honestly cannot believe this website is not clogged up and blocked due to the high demand of people trying to complete there complaints- The worst airline experience ever-
