Rubbish service

I needed to upgrade my baggage requirements, the website could not find my booking although they had emailed me a reference.

The Phone number for customer service rang for 1/2 an hour each time twice with no answer, you cannot email them or complain in any way.

This nonsense has wasted 2hours for no result, I expect I will be charged heaps when I get to the Airport for the bag.
