Rude helpers at the JETSTAR checkin entrence. Domestic airport

I really hope jetstar cops it the big time. I really hope everyone can just spread the bad things about the truth hiden secrets about jetstar and hope soon it will be on current afairs or some programe like that.

Jetstar people are so rude specialy the young ladies who actually do not care.

Like ive said obove i check in online and i have luggage with me in the car. Where do i check in to make it quick proccese for me for these who have check in online?/ she just said your infornt of it here.. I look at the line and there was 18 people waiting to check in.

I thought they have a quick check-in area for these who allready check in online.

Aparently the young foolish blondy in black and red jetstar unform standing there was not so nice. ones she said here on this line thats when she tried to move away and help someone els.

She looked like she either had a bad day or a typical jetstar dodgy service with no smile

If i was a jetstar helper i would allways say (is there anything els i may be able to help) ? with a smile.. and not with a here and move away. HOW FUCKING RUDE YOU ARE JETSTAR.

have your employee workers work with respect and dignity.
It just completely made me so angry how sometimes they can be so rude.

Has anyone experience similar to this? or at the check in counter either they looked friendly or mean or careless ?
It is frustration because i come from a wealthy family who we all share values and respect each others needs... i came across with one who looked like she wanted to get away from me.. As if i was some homesless stinking bustard.. yeah right.

I also had the same experience as you. They dont smile maybe because im young and they think im still a kid considering im actually 25 years of age.

You're all idiots. How can you be taken seriously when you can't even write coherently? There are a few people on this site such as Sandra, Maggy, and now Timathin who all write in a similar style. It wouldn't surprise me if its all the same person.

Not sure what world you all live in but just about every company has employees like described above. I've been treated rudely by Qantas check in staff on far more occasions than I have by Jetstar. ie. Check in staff not making eye contact and too busy discussing with colleagues who will get a promotion, cabin crew in business class calling everyone sir/ma'am except me because I was 24 at the time, cabin crew giving a rude sigh when I asked for ice and they were out of ice and saying "do you really need ice?"...

So get over it idiots. Call up a phone company, or go to a public transport ticket office or info booth and tell me you haven't had poor experiences. The majority of Jetstar crew/check in staff are friendly. I've never had an issue, but then again I'm not a whinger like you all.

I too had similar problems like the one obove. Like he or she have indicated when he or she arrived at the jetstar airport area he/she ask one of the jetstar staff who was standing there to guide people willing to check in. that person ask were to (echkin the quickest way) for these who allready check-in online but same time still carring on luggages. seriously the staff wasnt helpful to this person obove.
I mean i don't no either the person obove has a odd looks or was something about it but i know exactly how she/he felt i too have that problem with staffs. Im still in my 20s and i may look young but it is very rude and horrible wrong for a idiot jetstar staff standing there and not smileing. Infact i came a cross to one like this and she did not smile at all.. she was like a useless careless person..

People like them should be kicked out of the job instantly.

I rather have much older and mature females working with jetstar specialy someone in thier 60s because i know for sure people at this age would be manners and well respect against all patrons passangers and wanting to know some information.

Know days todays age of young people working for jetstar is beyond a joke seriously. Its like in the 80s we had older people working at madonalds restaurant. Today we have kids working at the back kitchen where they cant even make a proper burger.

Well the same is with this.. young people may be the actual thing for the actual perfect looks making it out oh yes jetstar youthfull and fresh. I say get over it. Its best to have more respect for much older people working at terminals. Young people are more like you can see thier faces how horrible some may be.. lots of acting to be nice but most likely drunken idiot young people ones they get home.

I wonder what might happen if i ask help at one of the jetstar staff before checkin and then walk away without saying (thank you) just do the sctatch my head ones they speak and walk away. Lets see how they too may feel. Course thts how they do to patrons passangers at most chances they can get,

I pity all of you, really, you're such tools. And I don't know what it is you people can't comprehend when I write I am not a fucking employee of Jetstar. But deadshits like Donca and Remmy (you two are made for each other) will believe what they want to. I feel so sorry for the airport staff and cabin crew who people such as you inflict yourselves upon.

As for the wheelchair incident, again people will believe what the want to believe. In actual fact normal sized wheelchairs can not fit in the cabin, they need to be checked in. He refused one of the airline wheelchairs that do fit in the aisle of the plane, and decided to crawl - and then makes a complaint about it. Yet another example of the trash that staff have to put up with.

And also i just forgot.. how dare jetstar at the end of each commercial of jetstar ends up saying (jetstar - conditions apply) No bloody airline would be so stricted evil as this... i hate it when they say conditions-apply. Sounds like jetstar is having hard battle times within. They sound like just like a phone provider where you must commit a bloody 24 damn contract and ones your on it you cant escape.

First everything went smooth and normal. Though my kid wanted to go to the loo but was unable to unbuckle the belts because he was wanting to go to the loo but was unable to do anything. He cry up loud and most of the people around us where trying to calm me down due to the fact i was fearus about whatwas going on about not able to stand up and take my kid to the loo.

But it wasnt that bad otherwise i would had been introuble by the dodgy jetstar staff on board. So what i did was wait alittle more minutes quickly take my son to the loo but was afraid my other child be alone who ever be around trying to do harm to my kid.

This may sound horrible but it is true. The reason i say this is because one family who went to the loo on baord left his kids unattendant seating on thier seats one passanger tried to slip through the females bag to get the wallet or anything money. This was on the news though it was a few years ago i believe in the 90s but overses. This can happen to anyone.

Though i wonder who is that person seating alone right on the far corner of the plane. The secret marchals ?

I dont think jetstar has the appilitie to make everything safe. I mean suppose who ever was that alone men seating up on the far end was more then likely one of these passangers secret marchals to protect the passangers if any threat correct ?

I also notice this similar situation theres allways someone standing there in the middle of the jetstar terminal standing there just to guide the passangers where the line is to check in... that person standing there was as mean looking as a living hell.

I notice this and when i stood there looking at her... she seem to like did the same with the passangers.. oh though i believe she has a major problem there. To work at jetstar you must smile.. listern carefully. be more royalty in respect with others.. dont just help and move on... How dare you.
