Of late it appears the jetsar scum, particularly those of the Malaysian call centre and the bitter busboys on flights, have been staging a lame comeback of sorts on this here site.

I think if ever the site owners needed proof that this messege board of theirs can ruffle a few feathers, they can see a whole pot-puree of embittered jetstar employees and enraged Malaysian peasants. Satisfying proof if I've ever seen it.
If these people were so satisfied with their "careers" with this tin-pot whore of an airline, then why would they post here? They try in desperate vain to defend their rat-fuck company. But they fool no one. They pull form their self-righteous arses quotes form their website and such, but their website is wrong! We all know their website is designed to give customers the royal fuckaround.
In the case of the Malays, they resort to pitiful insults, sometimes in their native language. One can only assume this is because they lack the intelligence and clear-headedness of other more "developed" peoples. Who knows...
In any and all cases of the above, they fail. Perhaps where they fail the most is in their obviousness; it's so fucking obvious which posts here are by genuinely dissatisfied customers or by lame-arse-down and out-going nowhere-dead enders like the employess who post here.
Ignore them. They know their place. They'll go back to their respective gutters before long.

My verdict, the non bitter people who give the airline a chance without problems are successful. As for judging something only on it's merits? I'm sure some Nazis felt the same about their Führer. Perhaps that's not the most original example I could come up with, but the same applies to any 'evil' person in history. Just because someone might have somewhat of a 'good' side, doesn't mean the bad should be totally forgiven.

No FFS I agree. I have never experienced a problem with Jetstar- or any airline for that matter because I am a smart, rational thinker. Now on the other side some people are dumb. They book two flights because their to lazy to contact the call centre or wait for their itenerary. Or they are to stupid to find their way to the airport/gate/where they know their supposed to be on time. Thank you for highlighting that there are problems.
By the way bitter means synical or resentful. I am highlighting the good things about Jetstar not complaining. You have highlighted your ignorance not your intelligence(if any).
