Seizure and collapse in row 3

Yesterday on the 3pm flight a woman started shrieking as her elderly mother had a seizure and then collapsed. The crew were alerted and the comatose lady was lifted into the aisle where a doctor on board gave CPR and treated her. The doctor was great. The staff alerted the emergency services in Melbourne who met the plane. The passengers around the unfortunate lady were very supportive. I am pleased to report that the Jetstar staff were amazing. They had the lady comfortable in no time. Administered oxygen, and genally remained calm, in control, supportive and communicative. I think your site is having an impact as they seem to have really improved their staff training and competence levels. Keep up the good work.

Jetstar Australia back hey? I

Jetstar Australia back hey? I see you are quick to comment on the nice and happy posts, and seem to be quite a bit slower commenting on peoples complaints.
I'm not sure if this site is actually making any difference judging from the number of complaints that are posted on the site. The number of posts per week has been pretty steady over the past year and the number of visitors per day is steadily going up.
