shit airlane company to who it may concert,

all customers service very rude and meant, not allow to speak to the manager when they can't soft the problem and tried put your on hold for nothing up to 30 minutes and when they pick uip the phone and said if you want to speak to the manager you need to hold for 1 hour said the jengky the supervisor and very rude as well and then hanged up the phone again.

when you said like to make a complaint they just hanged up your phone.

to those people like to make a travel with jetstar please thinking and they are not good conpany cheating business and very unvalue customers treat customer like pieces shit....

will never ever travel with the jetstar again....shit cheating airlane company I ever had.
