Staff refuse to help in Manila

My pregnant wife and son tried to fly out of Manila, but were refused boarding due to staff thinking that my son medical complaint. On going to their office to update the flight booking the staff REFUSED to do any thing, saying "call singapore, we don't have any system for making any changes to flights". A total lie, as we have made changes in the same office before. On questioning the staff refused to discuss any more and would not give their name or their supervisors name.

Managed to change the booking after multiple attempts and paying extra charges. At no time would anyone offer a name or allow me to speak with any higher management. Complaint process is to send a letter to a P.O.Box or give your mobile and wait 3 days for someone to call. As if ...

Do not use this airline if you have family travelling via Manila. The staff simply makes up stuff to deny you access to flights and refuse to help in any way. We have experienced it twice before that staff will try to stop you getting on a flight(no official printed ticket - but there is no real ticket anymore and they wouldnt accept printed reservation details from internet...).

Simply not worth the small savings compared to regular airline.

And after calling three times and being 'dropped' twice finally managed to register a complaint.

No-one called me back, as they promised.

Thieves, liars and cheats.

They will never get my money ever again.

Update - finally got a call a couple of weeks ago. The first comment was that they had lost the details and could I repeat it all back to them ... I asked him(would nto give a name or his supervisors name) to call me back when they had located the details. He refused, saying "there is no further action that will be taken on this issue".

What a joke. What utter contempt they have for their customers.

Put these a-holes out of business.
