I did a brief story on Jetstar 3 months ago re tin pot airline and the delays (3days) my son had going to bali I sent a registared letter to the H/O in melbourne still no reply I sent it again , still no reply so I am not finished with them I am calling the Sydney radio stations and giving them all the dates and registered letters to show them why anyone who flys with jetstar has rocks in their head the sooner you all stop flying this shit airline the sooner they will go broke and good ridence.

Thee radio stations don't want to hear your complaints . The vast majority of people who travel with Jetstar have positive experiences, its only a small percentage (as with any company) who will complain. Australians are too budget conscious and will continue flying Jetstar/Tiger. Jetstar is making record profits and Qantas profits are going down the toilet.
Perhaps read your fare rules next time before confirming a payment rather than complain later on because you didn't read them. There was probably a good reason for the 3 day delay (unserviceable aircraft or something of the like). Had they flown you and there was a technical problem mid flight you would also complain. Get a life all of you.
