Hello..
I would like to share my experience talking to Jetstar call centre.
I have spoke to both call centre, Malaysians and Australians. Both of them were crap.
The Malaysians spoke very fast and difficult to understand.
Same goes to Australians, they not helpful and rude.
Refund, delayed, cancellation and so many issues with Jetstar.
I dunno who should be blamed, is it Jetstar or the call center.
And I dunno whether the call centre is belong to jetstar or the 3rd party company.
I’m pissed off when the call answered by Australians, when they answered they sound like they are the best agents in the world that speak the excellent language.
I have no problems to understand them, but yet, they kind of a rude person.
They like to hang up the call. I just have a few names only, but I do not know whether this is their real name or just a nick name. But the service for both call centre was damn suck.
And I just read that there will be another call centre in Manila.
Shit..i wish I wil have no prob with their accent! Huh

when u have no choice to fly next time, prepare your ear and CLEAN your DAMN and listen proberly and it will be not easy because have a happy damn sh*T talking to people in MANILA!!!!
