TOOK OUR MONEY AND CANCELLED BOOKING WITHOUT ANY CONTACT- KEPT OUR MONEY.

Paid via direct deposit to avoid $17 fee for paying via credit card per person each way! Now we find the booking THAT WAS ON HOLD has been cancelled WITHOUT any notification! No contact was made but they have $580. It's not been returned to our bank and we were on the phone for over an hour yesterday to someone NOT in this country - alll just to be told to FILL OUT A FEEDBACK FORM.! Our flights were booked for the 20th of July - just 10 days away and the feedback AUTO REPLY says we will be contacted in 15 days regarding our contact! Excuse us? What sort of company is this! NEVER giving jetstar our money again! We just pray this gets sorted ASAP! We have booked a trip and NEED our flights! The guy said - "buy the tickets again" but they are way more expensive now? WHAT! NOT HELPFUL!

I booked a flight for 26th Aug 2015 perth to Bangkok return 1st Sept. I paid via bank transfer after Six business days i had heard nothing, went on to their chat site to inquire, I was told that i put the wrong Ref. number in, i have impaired vision this is what i put in NF412N the 1 should have been an i, so Jetstar cancelled the booking they did not have the decency to tell me about the mistake even though they knew about it, I paid $345.86, so Jetstar still has my money and now the same fare is up around $600, I got back on the chat session and spoke with Agent Rhae who said he would email the finance dept and try to get the booking reinstated and i should here back from them in 48 hours nothing heard yet that was last Tuesday, Is the refund returned to me in 15 days ?
