try to get a refund christchurch earthquake

We had 11 seats booked with jetstar to fly to Christchurch 25 FEB for wifes birthday and a great weekend with mates planning to just party .Looking forward to spending a great time in stock exchange bar as we had a year before.Staying at Novatel Cathedral Square again wich is awesome.Unfortunately the earthquake happened,luckely we wer'nt there and are so sorry for those that were.Novatel refunded our money as soon as they were able to get into the building and collect all data they needed to refund everybody from 22feb until 20 march.So pissed at jetstar we have phoned and phoned day after day ,have spoken to supervisors ,been put on to finance department been told money back in 15days.Nothing.Phone again apparentley they had wrong bank details promised money back in 10 days still nothing.Phone again speak to supervisor can not put us through to finance dept as they have no direct line.Also they have no phone number for there own finance department,we were also told there is no head office so we can not speak to any body higher up.We will still keep trying for our money back as it is nearly $800.00 but am getting so sick of being put on hold and they leave you there until you get so sick of the music you hang up.We will never fly jetstar again and this still comes back on jetstar because they are the ones that cancelled our flights because they could'nt fly into christchurch or out.So what is there problem?

I know... aren't they the

I know... aren't they the dude's who wouldn't let the 2 people with disabilities on thier planes without a support person....these were 2 people who ahve flown all over the world without the need for someone to be with them!!!! I am NOT impressed with Jet Star.
