Please wake up passangers i work for an airline which i won't go any details. Makes me so angry by passangers on board about the negative side of things about us. We work so damn hard to make your trip safe. Perhaps i would strungle you remain on the seat the whole time.

Next time you buy a online airline ticket wake up to yourself look at your calender carefully and give yourself some time to think about what date your going. Don't just book a ticket now for a date and then thinking your going to get away for free by changeing things around. There are many examples of peoples frustration about lack of information and broken promises on this forum. Jetstar has the same technology as any other large corporation and they cant get it to work. However when left stranded overseas or thousands of miles from home people expect better, much better. They have every right to voice their opinions.
I do however chose to disregard the posts about when I was running late and thery would not hold the plane for me, or misread my ticket stories as that is the passengers fault ond not the airlines.

Why do all this changes when you should know better before spending that great of money in the first place ? Dont come to us and get all excited and just because we are a cheap airline your going to buy a ticket and the date you have choosen. But aventualy your going to change the dates right after you have set the propose date before and paid it online.

Talking about fools and thinking why sometimes airlines are so damn late to arrive or departure because there are too many idiots out there comming LATE and argueing about wanting to get in the plane. Jetstar wants to make sure all airlines around australia gets to thier destination ride on time on the dot not getting there 30minutes or hours late because of you.
So next time you put that paddle in your car speed up on the freeway. and make sure you get to the airport EARLY relardless if its 3 horus early. At least you be the mond first to be on the first cue to check in and also first person to be at the gates otherwise your late jetstar will take no excuse and your late at the gate and the gates are close.

Please rest assured that not all staff (in my previous experience) demonstrate such poor communication skills and lack of understanding.
She makes a few good points:
* Be on time and don't complain about late fees
* Don't buy cheap tickets on sale and then complain at the cost when you have to change dates/names.
* Jetstar may have issues, but when you search Don't fly Qantas or Tiger on google/facebook who you find plenty of similar issues.

Sandra does not work for Jetstar or any other airline for that matter. She has stated in an earlier post on this website, using a psuedonym that she is on the dole. Given her illiteracy, I am not surprised.
Like most airlines, Jetstar offer fully flexible fares (tickets) that enable travellers to make changes to their itinerary without penalty at any stage prior to the date of travel. I don't know what Sandra is going on about, some travellers such as those travelling for business purposes have to make last minute changes in the event of meetings being cancelled or postponed for example, and as such purchase fully flexible fares with Jetstar and other airlines. To insult these people, as Sandra does, is to display a woeful ignorance of the airline industry and how it operates.

I also had a problem when i check-in at the ariport she said show ID. I didn;t hear her well and she repeats and said something take the ID off the wallet. And i didn't hear her well until she slowly speaks out loud and told me, TAKE........ THE....... ID........ OFF YOUR........ WALLET....... like real forcefull and real rude manner and then ends up loughing as she gets the next persons id for identification.

I don't really think they are in the wrong too much there. And when I worked there you have noooooooo idea how often I was told "I'm going to A Current Affair" by customers.... From what I know, jetstar
From what I know, jetstar really suck.
1. It delayed our flight for 3hrs due to maintainance problem and the staff didn't even announced it properly to the passengers whom on board were mostly hongkongers ( flight to hk ) and others.
2. Jetstar service counter refused to explain to the passengers why this delaying happen and went into hiding deliberately! The service counter was literally empty after quite a number of passengers proceeded to ask enquiries about the flight after the plane had made a turn and landed back in sg.
3. They only have us measly foodcourt vouchers of 1 serving of food and 1 serving of drink only per customers.
4. Lastly and most importantly, the jetstar airlines didn't even announced the timing brought forward to board the plane to the passengers! Passengers have to go around passing the message to know the exact earlier than expected boarding time? Is jetstar really responsible? Jetstar absolutely don't have a sense of customer service quality nor responsibility at all. Period.
