Worst Customer Service

I have just experienced the worst customer service from Jetstar that I have with any airline.
I am sick and tired of dealing with a call centre in Manila. Does anyone know how to get through to someone in Australia?
Any suggestions would be helpful!!

Ask for the manager or ask to be transferred back to Head Office in Australia.

Thanks it I already tried that and they said they didn't have any contacts for Head Office. Jetstar basically needs to strongly review their definition of customer service!! They are completely lacking in it!!
