Jetstar, i really love the way you cancel international flights and expect me to pay for more expensive flights with another airline at last minute because you can't fill a plane - consider yourself dropped! - i won't be flying with you again.
I also liked your generous offer of transferring me to another Jetstar flight - the day of the Melbourne Cup - thanks Jetstar, of course you would offer this day as an alternative.

We rang and confirmed our flight then got to the airport and found out it had been cancelled. From Denpasar 4 hours later put on a flight to Melbourne (we wanted to go to sydney). Then when we got off we were told we had to check out our bags and go to Domestic. When i told the only staff member i could find that I don't think we have enough time we were told we had plenty of time. Well guess what? we missed our connecting flight to sydney then had to wait 2 more hours for another one. Our 5 hour flight home from Bali took 16 hours. Jet star suck. And i know its not one off because same happened to my son in December 10.
