Customers affected by Tigerair Bali cancellations

Jetstar will provide special discounted fares to Tigerair customers who were booked on flights from Bali that have been cancelled.
These fares will be available on Jetstar flights from Bali to Adelaide, Perth and Melbourne in the coming days (subject to availability). As this is the peak school holiday period we have limited seats available.
Affected Tigerair customers should contact Jetstar customer service to make a booking. Customers will need to provide their Tigerair itinerary when checking-in to their flights at Denpasar Airport.

Does anybody have a recent contact for somebody in Jetstar that will answer! I was to go on my first overseas trip to Thailand by myself. After getting to the airport on time in the morning, there were an announcements every hour saying that in an hour we will board. This went on all day until the flight was cancelled! Everybody was taken to a desk to have their flights re booked. I complained that I have now lost a day and lost money for the hotel that night. They agreed to change my home flight to give me a day back. I asked them if they would compensate for the exstra nights hotel I would have to pay for. They said yes. They also agreed to pay out of pocket expenses for taxi and airporter bus in the morning to come back in again. They are now refusing to pay all! Because I'm from Melbourne. There was no menchion of this at the time when I was asking questions and nothing in small print on the out of pocket expenses form they gave me. The only thing I was told was keep reciets, which I did. When I faxed all reciets through, both times they ate saying they didn't receive them(more lies!) Can anybody help with a method of contact and some sort of procedure to follow! This is all in short amongst the tears. However now I'm just furious as they are going back on what they promised. All the below emails ate not responding. Thanks!
