UPDATE - Wednesday, 28 September
We will be resuming all flights to and from Bali today. Our pilots made this assessment with the latest information from the Volcanic Ash Advisory Centre.
We are looking at what additional flights can be scheduled to get people to their destinations. We will provide customers an update later today.

The ash cloud from the Mount Rinjani volcano in Indonesia has affected flights to and from Bali for several airlines, including Jetstar.
We have cancelled three flights from Australia to Bali and four flights from Bali back to Australia overnight (see list below).

If you are travelling internationally from Australia between Monday, 26 September (12:01 AM) and Sunday, 9 October (11:59 PM) please arrive at the airport 3 hours before your scheduled flight time and proceed straight to Customs after checking in.

From Friday, 16 September all Jetstar flights in and out of Phuket, Thailand will use the new international terminal at Phuket International Airport.
This new international terminal is a 10 minute walk from the existing domestic terminal (Terminal 2).
