Computer Says No
Submitted by Anonymous on Mon, 22/11/2010 - 14:07BEWARE: If you go online to book with Jetstar and it doesn't look like the booking has gone through - DO NOT TRY AGAIN because they debit your card and make it look like your booking didn't go through. Then if you keep trying to book, you will find the charges on your credit card. This has been going on for a long time. When you ask for a refund, they give you the run around. They don't like giving out email addresses to complain....just a post office box. I mean, in today's day and age...why would we be typing up letters and sending them in the mail? I tell you why, because it's a delay...
