wrecked and wet baggage dirty aircraft plus cancelled flight

The aircraft needed cleaning, unpleasant smelling with rubbish on floor. On arriving at Hanoi and collecting our baggage we found that a brand new suitcase purchased in Singapore was effectively wrecked plus my own luggage was wet and water stained. I sent Jetstar a e-mail complaining about this however have not received a response even though they undertake to respond within 48 hours.

First leg on return trip Bangkok. Arrived at airport to find flight canceled. Had checked the day before to confirm flight all OK. No Jetstar staff at Bangkok airport to advise me their counters...

Website disaster then phone bungle!

So I'm currently trying to book a flight from Melbourne to the Sunshine coast on my Qantas frequent flyers. Everything's going fine - I hit "Purchase" and nothing happens. No 'thinking' icon, no indication at the bottom of the webpage that anything's happening, nothing. So I wait several minutes and try again. Nothing. I believe (and I can't be sure because I don't want to /test/ it, that the issue is happening because there's no credit card charge. It's all FF points. Changed flights - lost baggage

Returning to Perth from Bangkok I chose flights (3K512-Bangkok to Singapore & 3K111 Sing' to Perth) home that included 5 hr stop in Singapore to take my wife for lunch in the city, this changed when they changed our flight (3K516 Bangers to singers & JQ115 Singers to Perth via Jakarta).
On checking in at Bangers I asked for the Singers to Perth leg boarding passes but they said they couldn't issue them.
In Singers we had to go to Transfer C desk where we waited for 30 mins to be attended to to get the boarding passes.

Jetstar are masters in communicating with their customers as many of you have pointed out here. I booked a ticket on the weekend, which went smoothly, but when I went to "manage my booking" to double check the booking the next day, I could not get access at all. I tried different computers, browsers, even other Jetstar international sites--NOTHING. The website indicated that I should call customer service to make any changes. Flight Changes withour notification from Jetstar

3 of us flying to cairns from gold coast for our daughters wedding. We paid for flights back from cairns to gold coast. By accident we found that all flights out of cairns to gold coast were cancelled. Nobody notified us. We had to absorbe costs from Brisbane to Gold Coast and missed out on special time at our daughters wedding, all because Jetstar do not care about their customers

Jetstar cancelled one flight leg extremey unhappy with service

I booked a return flight from Sydney to Perth months ago, leaving Sydney on Thursday night 12th May returning from Perth at 11.55pm on the 15th May 2011. The flight was confirmed, I paid and Jetstar TOOK my money.
NOW MONTHS later Jetstar cancel the return leg to Sydney from Perth at 11.55pm and put me on a flight at 10.55am in the morning on Sunday the 15th May. I have tried to speak to Jetstar staff, who are in Manila or the Philippines who have been extremely unhelpful, I therefore have been forced to cancel this whole trip for I need to be in Perth all day on the 15th and can...

JESTstar gets an F for service and a A+ for cancellations

Booked a round trip ticket (Singapore to Ho Chi Minh) for my wife and for both outbound and inbound journeys were cancelled. On both occasions, there were no email messages. put on hold for an hour

Tried to contact about flight itinerary of my return flight on the 18/04/2011 and i was put on hold for an hour though they proclaim to be opened 24hrs. Typed for e;mail address but found advise not to bother because they don't care. I am still waiting for my monday itinerary.

Flight Status

Guys, when checking online for flight status, make sure it says confirmed on the left. For my Auckland-GC flight it said confirmed, for my GC-Tokyo flight, it was blank. Lucky i called because both my initial and return flights were cancelled without any warning - and this was 2 days before the date of travel - no email, phone call, message, nothing. I am convinced they leave it blank in an attempt to confuse people so you dont realise till you get to the airport.

Booked with Jetstar to Hamilton Island 2 years ago and the flight was cancelled.
I feel so stupid for proceeding with the booking with Jetstar this time round!
Always been a Virgin Blue customer but because Jetstar provided a more preferable flight time, I succumbed.

I tried to book a ticket from Kuala Lumpur to Singapore on 11.10.2010. Due to the system error i attempted 6 times by using 3 different credit cards but only once manage to produce the booking confirmation. Others were declined by the system. However, the declined transactions were still charged to my credit cards!!

Booked a flight a while ago and they sent me an email that they cancelled the flight and put me on another one 5 hours earlier...called them up instantly and even asked them to get me on a quantas flight at the same time which was only 50 bucks more. changing flight times

we booked flight to melbourne for a family function 6 mths ago. flight was at 3:35pm as confirmed by email to us with offer to web check baggage etc. when checking flight was on time on jetstar site discovered flight had been re-schedueled 2hrs earilier. rushed to airport only to be told had missed flight and that we had been emailed change of flight details, we had a copy of email sent to us dated after the supposed re-schedueled email had been sent to us. Cancel a flight and don't care what effect it has on their passengers

I recently had a bad experience with Jetstar when I received a cancellation of my scheduled flight from Melbourne to Cairns at 4.30pm. They just said the next available flight on the day was at 1:30pm, not realising that because they don't have connecting flights as such anymore and people have to now book separate flights, that this was in huge conflict with a flight I was on out of Launceston to Melbourne that morning which wasn't arriving till 1.30pm - and when I explained that to the customer service lady that I can't physically be in 2 places at once..she said 'oh yeah right'.

I was an employee at the call centre company, who had the Jetstar contract, Jetstar made a decision to shift there call centre to another company, who btw are in asia.
When i was working for them, i actually apologised to the caller, and meant it, provided a meaningful solution myself or got the supervisor on, it would actually get resolved then and there without going to Customer Relations, who dont do shit.

Jestar dont care about the service provided at the end of the day. in the end you giving them money, possibly without reading the FARE RULES, and if you even get a call...

Worst Airline Ever!!

Wow, I've flown around the world and never come across a piece of junk airline like that encountered on my recent trip to Oz.

First, arriving at check-in at Kansai I was informed that my connecting flight from Cairns to Brisbane had been cancelled, and that they had actually changed my flight to Oz for the next day as a result. I was dumbfounded having heard nothing from Jetscum in advance. They at least managed to get me on the correct flight to Oz as it wasn't full.
